Slow Startup? Get the fix!

The second step to fix your slow startup is to be sure you have a clean and streamlined registry. Whenever a program is installed, a new entry is placed here. Likewise, whenever an option is changed, or new user settings are added. When a program is uninstalled, the references to it in the registry are removed.
